The main challenge of drafting this was combining the various functions (municipal office, commercial space and residences), with their required usage scenarios, into one building such that all usages are given equal consideration and a new centre/address for the location is created. The new municipal centre confidently fits into the surroundings and is recognisable as the “new town centre of the lumber community Kuchl” on the through road.
