Nominee, Houses of the year 2021
The two-storey new building, which is situated on a fair-faced concrete base, blends self-confidently into the gently sloping topography and reacts with its simple design language to the localized neighboring buildings. The clear design language is strengthened with the reduced choice of materials – untreated larch wood and exposed concrete.
