The project was developed in cooperation with the office „Scharler and Lautner“.

After a fire rebuilt „Eisenbrechtgut“ was supplemented after ownership change with a farm building/remise and renovated analog with traditional craftmanship qualities. Sensitive interventions in the exsisting spatial structure and various additions create references to the landscpae and enable contemporary living.

Usage space: approx. 250 m²
Beginning of planning: July 2016
Completion: November 2018
Construction time: 18 months
