COMP Multifunctional/Employee house

We are delighted to have won 1st place in the invited realisation competition for the new construction of a multifunctional and staff building in Zell am See

Three interconnected cubic structures and a 6-storey solitary building create an exciting urban ensemble. Public functions are located on the ground floor and are orientated towards the neighbouring urban space on three sides. On the floors above, different residential typologies (micro-living, silver living, etc.) are organised in such a way that social interaction is supported to the maximum via an open pergola development.
