Extension Primary School

The expansion of the Volksschule Kuchl entails enclosing the structure in a manner similar to a courtyard. The formulation of the structure in the floor plan and the suggested roof slope follow the required distances from neighbouring buildings as well as the stipulated heights of the eaves.

The open-closed rhythm of the surrounding structure is reflected in the building and is clearly visible in the view from the northwest.

Essentially the current building will be untouched for financial and usage-related reasons.
