The heterogeneous surroundings will be met with a bold, expressive, solitary structure, which will help strengthen the building’s outward appearance. The building offers an urban demarcation of the settlement structure and simultaneously embeds itself
into the surrounding greenery, whereby usage of the free space on hand is important.

The provision of a highly flexible layout system will be facilitated by the clear system structure (primary, secondary, tertiary) and will generate the architecture’s image as the picture of flexibility.
