The defined structure clearly divides the property into two zones: Arrival and roadway, as well as garden and open area. The arrival area is formally and functionally emphasized with a recess into the structure as well as a projecting roof.
Projecting roofs extending toward the garden protect the outdoor areas from the weather, and the path from outside to inside is thus supplemented with an additional level, which links the building and the property together.
