The skilful division of restrained room volumes at the building site leads to a formation of a well-proportioned and obviously usable, central yard. The solitary Salzhalle takes on a function of conveyance to the adjacent structure to the north. The slight height offset at the threshold between functional areas will be selectively accentuated by the emergent administrative structure.
