The concept strives to create a residential quarter between the pertinent local conditions and heterogeneous settlement structure of the environment. The placement will generate an attractive, central outdoor area.
The edges of the property will be occupied by individual structures, which form one large entity via a continuous terrace (living gallery).
Precisely placed openings and walkways open up the large district park to the east to integrate the current development into the overall concept and to create a vital neighbourhood.
