COMP Community centre

The challenge of the draft chiefly lies in combining the various functions (municipal office, commercial and residential spaces) in one building, with their own usage scenarios, such that all uses are given equal consideration and a new centre/address is created for the location.

The new municipal office shall be confidently integrated into the current locale and simultaneously recognisable as the “new centre of the lumber municipality Kuchl” on the motorway.
