The planner presented four buildings in the split-level system, which are slightly twisted and offset on the slope and nestle up to the conditions with their slightly inclined mono-pitch roofs.
The concept reacts sensitively to the given landscape and adopts the small-scale granularity of the urban environment. A low-threshold passage allows people to meet at different places on the property. (excerpt from the jury protocol)
