With reference to the surrounding buildings, a structure is being developed that reacts to the urban planning and topographical conditions, absorbs and supplements existing structures.

By creating a green, courtyard-like center, a central communication, recreation and development area is created, which connects the three solitary buildings with each other. The ground floor zone is organized on two levels. The covered development and parking area serves as an access zone for the food market and the residential building.
