Recognition, architecture award ´22 Salzburg

The new building in the compact center of Saalfelden comprises an ensemble of three individual structures, which are organized around a center and the existing thoroughfare. This creates a meeting place with a timeless appearance for the 29 apartments and the commercial space on the ground floor.

The project was implemented in collaboration with architect Iris Reiter.

Usage space: 29 residential units and approx. 180m² business area
Beginning of planning: Jan 2017
Completion: Sept 2021
Construction time: 21 months
