The current historical substance will be consolidated into one ensemble with two new, solitary structures, through which the current scale of the location will be further interpreted, and there will be a new centre between the buildings as an overlying, consolidating element.
The vertical development marks the end of the locale and gives the ensemble a corresponding long-distance effect (landmark).
Because of the building’s polygonal characteristics, the façade lengths will be broken and visible volume will be reduced.
