The new production building of the traditional Fürst confectionery (“Original Salzburger Mozartkugeln”) is moving from the old town of Salzburg to Elsbethen. The production rooms, pastry shop, cold rooms and a small shop are located on the ground floor, while the upper floors contain packaging, administration and office rooms.
